our installs are above and beyond requirements set forth by the state. we set a bed of gravel compacted under our tanks to prevent settling and buckling. we compact around the tank as we backfill to minimize the probability of settling after a heavy rain. we also give a one year limited warranty for the dirt work so if it does settle we come back and fix it one time for free. we also rake the bottom of our Leachfield by hand checking elevation with a laser making sure we are completely on grade
